What is an FPSC Admission Certificate?
An Admission Certificate (also called a roll number slip) is a document issued by FPSC that allows a candidate to appear in the written test. It contains the following information:
- Candidate’s name
- Roll number
- Test date and time
- Test center address
- Case number and post name
- Important test-day instructions

Who Needs to Download It?
All candidates who applied for FPSC jobs under General Recruitment Phase-V/2025 must download the admission certificate. This includes candidates for:
- Assistant and Associate Professor posts
- Lecturer positions
- Inspectors and Officers
- Engineers and Directors
- Administrative and Medical staff
- Many other posts listed in Phase-V

Test Dates for GR Phase-V/2025
According to the official FPSC schedule:
MCQ-Based Screening Tests:
- Start Date: 20 September 2025 (Saturday)
- End Date: 25 September 2025 (Thursday)
- Timing:
- Morning Session: 10:00 AM to 11:40 AM
- Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM to 3:40 PM
Written Descriptive Tests:
- Start Date: 20 September 2025
- End Date: 26 September 2025
- Timing:
- Morning: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (for some posts)
Candidates must check their Admission Certificate for the exact date, time, and location of their test.
How to Download FPSC Admission Certificate
Follow these steps to download your admission certificate from the FPSC website:
Step 1: Go to the official FPSC website
Website: www.fpsc.gov.pk
Step 2: Look for the announcement
Find the link that says “Online Admission Certificate – GR Phase-V/2025” on the homepage under Latest News.
Step 3: Select your phase
Click on the link and choose “General Recruitment Phase-V/2025”.
Step 4: Enter your details
Type in your CNIC number (without dashes). Some cases may require your Tracking ID.
Step 5: Submit and download
Click the submit button. Your admission certificate will appear. Download and print it for use.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- You must bring the printed admission certificate and your original CNIC.
- Arrive at your exam center at least 30 minutes before the test starts.
- Mobile phones, calculators, books, or bags are strictly not allowed inside the center.
- Read all instructions on your admission certificate carefully.
- Do not try to use unfair means or cheat. You may be disqualified.
